To comply with regulations, reduce the risk of misappropriation of funds and to protect personal information concerning clients, we require a signed document from the client when there is a change of address. Any change of address must be provided through the following means:
- Canada Post change of address card signed by the client
- Fax signed by the client
- Other document signed by the client (i.e. letter)
Note that e-mail notices are not acceptable. We do not require a signed document for a change of address which is the result of a modification to the postal address if the client has not physically moved.
